I’m Peta, an integrative nutrition health coach, wife, and mother of three. After discovering gut issues in my family, I shifted from a marketing career to pursue my passion for nutrition and became a health coach.
I’m passionate about helping others make sustainable food and lifestyle changes, including incorporating fermented foods and embracing movement, nature, sleep, and sunlight.
When I’m not working, I love cooking with my kids, exploring nature, and trying new recipes. I’m dedicated to supporting clients in making simple, lasting changes, one step at a time.
