Kirsty Wirth

I am a passionate educator with a mission to ensure that everyone has access to the latest information on all topics relating to the gut and in this case it's the tattoo connection to heavy metals and parasites.

I am here because like most people I have had health challenges that have been significant and unfortunately I didn't have access to much needed knowledge until late in my life. If I had access to the kind of information I know now my life would have been extremely different and so would the health of my kids. So my aim is to ensure that I reach as many people as possible to educate and inspire everyone to know that there is hope and we can make a change to find health and vitality.

Gabriella Sassi

I am a Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath with over 5 years of clinical practice experience in Adelaide. I've also been working with Kultured Wellness for almost 2 years now. My passion for health and wellness started when I was a teenager and developed a desire to see 'food as medicine'.

I enjoy researching and encouraging ways to improve vitality for my clients using my knowledge of both medical science and natural medicine. I am fascinated by the complexity of the human body and constantly strive to learn about various biochemical processes. I believe it is important to be connected and tuned in to our bodies, and I recognize that each person has individual needs.

Through my experience, I've developed a widespread understanding of nutrition and natural medicine. I teach clients how to change the course of their health by developing personalised plans that consider both medical science and natural medicine.

Callan Krause

As a child, my father's obsession with Moshe Feldenkrais and his motto of 'awareness through movement' had a profound impact on me. Over time, this awareness became ingrained in me without my even realizing it. We used to observe people on the beach and try to identify asymmetries in their gait. He would ask me questions like 'how many ways can someone sit in a chair?' or the most important one that I now always ask my clients, 'how does that feel?'

Later on, I discovered the work of Paul Chek, which offered a more holistic approach than standard physiotherapy. My friend and current business partner, Jake, had his back rehabilitated by a Chek practitioner instead of undergoing the spinal fusion that many therapists had recommended. I sought out the world's top experts in the areas that interested me and studied under them. Through this, I developed my own unique approach to bodywork.

Together, we're at the forefront of holistic physical therapy in Australia. We travel throughout the country to teach our methods and continue to expand our reach, empowering people with techniques and concepts to maintain a healthy musculoskeletal system as they age.

Jake Stone

I always had a still small voice within that told me there was more to life. It has guided me to a place where I can help people and live my dream, what's true to me.

Growing up on the Sunshine Coast, I learned to surf and ride a bodyboard. I did that professionally for 12 years, traveling the world and educating myself. I believe that's where I gained a better understanding of myself and the world. Somewhere along that journey, I wasn't listening to my heart. I remember the exact feeling behind it - feeling wrong - but I didn't listen and ended up with a broken back and a shattered right leg. This was a blessing looking back on it, as it began my journey into health and recovery via the Chek method. What I thought was going to be a physical journey actually turned into a spiritual healing journey where I realized that the death of my mom at 18 hadn't been fully dealt with and came out in depression, anxiety, anger, etc.

Everything we do is to bring people to a better place in their lives so we can help people on a grand scale.
