- By applying to join the KW Hub you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time (Terms) and are subject to any other conditions imposed by Kultured Wellness from time to time. The latest Terms supersede and replace any and all previous terms and conditions in connection with the KW Hub.
- Individuals can apply to join the KW Hub by entering their details online below. Kultured Wellness may, in its absolute discretion, accept or refuse any application.
- A Hub member is entitled to one Hub membership.
- KW Hub benefits are determined by Kultured Wellness from time to time and may include discounts, invitations to events, entry into promotions and are subject to availability.
- Hub member benefits only apply to the customer listed at the checkout of a transaction. Hub discounts are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise specified by Kultured Wellness. Hub Members who are employees of Kultured Wellness or relatives of such employees may be precluded from certain benefits including entry to promotions.
- Hub member benefits are valid until cancelled by Kultured Wellness (in its absolute discretion) or until the member notifies Kultured Wellness that he or she wishes to terminate their Hub membership.
- Kultured Wellness may, in its absolute discretion, at any time, and without notice or reason, modify these Terms, cancel or suspend any Hub membership or the KW Hub generally.
- Kultured Wellness is not responsible for fraudulent use of KW Hub member log-in details. The Hub member must report an actual or suspected use of Hub member purchase details to Kulture Wellness by emailing [email protected] immediately. The Hub Members existing member details will be cancelled and a new member log-in username and password will be advised.
- Kultured Wellness shall not be liable in any way if benefits or promotions are unavailable for any reason including as a result of a technical malfunction, operator fault, computer hardware or software errors.
- If a technical malfunction, operator fault, computer hardware or software error results in a discount being overlooked or wrongly attributed, the Hub member may bring this to the attention of staff at Kultured Wellness within 24 hours of the time of the purchase to receive the appropriate discount. Simply email [email protected] to notify us of the issue or fault.
- Hub members indemnify Kultured Wellness for and against any loss or claim suffered or incurred by Kultured Wellness arising from or in connection with a breach of these Terms by a Hub member or in connection with a Hub members details
- Kultured Wellness holds and uses a Hub member’s personal information in accordance with Kultured Wellness privacy policy: https://www.kulturedwellnesstraining.com/pages/privacy-policy
- If any clause of these Terms, or any part of any clause, is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, then that part shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in force. The words "include" and "including" and other similar words and expressions are to be construed without limitation. These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Queensland, Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
