How do I join?
You can join HERE. Simply complete the details needed and you will be registered as a Kulture Klub member!

How much are membership fees?
You can join for a monthly fee of $16.99 per month or $169.90 per year saving you $33.98 which is the equivalent of 2 months membership.
This amount will be direct debited each from your nominated account or card at your chosen frequency. The payment options are available to you when you register.
What do I get as a member?
As a Klub member you will receive discounts on our culture starters & our herbal tea range.
You will also have access to an exclusive Facebook group (which you can access HERE) where you can ask questions for our practitioners and health coaches, receive ongoing education, live Facebook sessions to learn and ask questions, learn tips & tricks for fermenting... and so much more!
You will also receive DOUBLE rewards points on purchases and FREE shipping on orders over $115, which will be automatically applied at the checkoutproviding you are logged into you account.
Can I cancel at any time?
We are confident that you are absolutely going to LOVE being a member of Kulture Klub. However, if you aren't completely satisfied, let us know by emailing [email protected]and we can cancel your membership.
Please note, you can cancel your membership for free at anytime however if this falls partway through a billing cycle, your membership will remain on active until the end of the cycle (whether monthly or annual) and then no further charges will be incurred.
The discounts are not applying themselves at the checkout. What can I do?
Please check that you are logged into your Kulture Klub account before you make your purchase.
If this fails, you have two options. You can simply not proceed with the purchase and make contact with us at [email protected] to assist you to ensure you receive your Klub discounts.
Alternatively, you can proceed with the purchase, then notify us within 24 hours that you did not receive your Klub discount and we will arrange a refund for the discounted amount to be issued to you.
I want to buy a Kulture Klub membership for a family member. Can I do this?
Yes. We know that a Kulture Klub membership is something that many loved ones would really appreciate. If you would like to purchase a membership for a family member or loved one, you can contact [email protected] and one of our lovely team members will arrange this for you.
How do I update my bank account or payment details?
If you need to update any personal information relating to your Klub membership, you can access your payment method or billing details through the Customer Portal. Simply log in to your account HERE and click "manage memberships" and then "update stripe" which is under the "update payment info" column.
I am having trouble logging in to my Klub account. What can I do?
If you are having issues logging on to your Klub portal, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will be able to ensure that your access is made available to you.
Do I have to be a Kulture Klub member to receive discounts?
Being a member of Kulture Klub is the best way to ensure that you will receive discounts on cultures & teas every single time you buy.
From time to time, we may have sales on our products, but the Klub price will always be less than the sale price.
Can I transfer my Kulture Klub membership to someone else?
Yes, you can. If you paid annually and there are three months or more left on the membership, you can contact us and we will arrange that the remaining months are allocated to another person that you nominate. You will need to provide the details of the person whom is receiving the transferred membership. To do this, you can contact [email protected] to have this arranged.
If you are a Klub member with a monthly payment arrangement, it would be best to just simply notify us at [email protected] that you want to end your membership and have your friend or relative create their own membership.
What are Loyalty Rewards Points and how do I get them?
Our loyalty rewards program converts the dollars you spend to points. You can then redeem your points as an in store credit for purchases. (Please note, points cannot be redeemed when a discount code has already been applied to the cart)
Do I have to be a Klub member to get loyalty rewards points?
No, anyone can sign up to our loyalty reward program, however Klub members earn points twice as fast as a non-member. You can view your points on the Loyalty Point widget, which can be found at the bottom of our home page.
