Hi! I'm Kylie
I am a Functional Nutrition Coach, GAPS practitioner, and Buteyko Breathing practitioner. I also have a Masters in Nursing and am informed by my 20 years of acute and chronic care practice in Nursing. My passion lies in true partnerships between my clients and me, with patient-centred practice, evidenced-based practice, and food as medicine being my areas of expertise.
In 2015, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which sparked my desire to find root cause solutions to chronic health problems. This journey ignited my passion for a ‘food as medicine’ approach, combined with the latest scientific research in the physiology and nutrition.
I believe that focusing on key aspects of sleep, sunlight, movement, and social connection is key to achieving wellbeing, and that every person needs a coach to achieve optimal results. The human body is innately built to heal when we support it, and my focus is to break all of this down into understandable and achievable chunks for my clients.
