Kultured Wellness 1:1 Programs
Terms and Conditions
1. Access to the Program
You will have lifetime access (where stated) to the online modules and associated resources for the full duration of the program you have enrolled in. Lifetime access refers to the lifespan of the program offering by Kultured Wellness and does not guarantee indefinite access should the program be retired or discontinued.
Â
2. Kultured Wellness Program Facebook Group
The group exists to provide a supportive and respectful community space. Participation requires mutual respect and adherence to group rules, which are located in the Guides section. Kultured Wellness reserves the right to remove inappropriate or disrespectful content, and may, in extreme cases, revoke group and program access without refund where behaviour violates these expectations.
Members are reminded that what is shared in the group is considered confidential and should not be shared outside the group without consent.
Â
3. Practitioner Products, Supplements, and Culture Starters
Due to health and safety regulations and the perishable nature of these items, returns are not accepted, and refunds will not be issued once dispatched, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law regarding health and personal care products.
Â
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your personal information as required under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your information may be collected and used for the following purposes:
-
Assessing your health concerns
-
Providing naturopathic and coaching services
-
Communication with you about your program
-
Coordinating care with other providers (with your consent)
-
Meeting legal obligations (e.g. mandatory reporting)
-
De-identified use in research or case discussions, where appropriate
Your data will never be sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Â
5. Copyright
All content is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). You may view, download, or print content for personal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
Â
6. Disclaimer & Scope of Practice
Kultured Wellness programs and practitioners provide health education, lifestyle guidance, and nutritional advice based on functional and integrative health models. We do not provide medical diagnoses, nor do we claim to treat or cure medical conditions. All advice is general in nature and not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified health practitioner.
Always consult with your General Practitioner (GP) or medical specialist before changing medications, discontinuing treatment, or making significant health changes.
No outcome is guaranteed. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your use of the information provided.
Â
7. Client Commitment
The 6-month Kultured Wellness Coaching Program is a commitment-based offering. It is designed for individuals ready to make substantial changes to their lifestyle. Clients are expected to actively participate, implement guidance, and communicate challenges openly. This is not a passive program or a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Â
8. Individualised Approach
Our programs are highly personalised and informed by both scientific literature and traditional approaches. We do not offer rigid meal plans or week-by-week schedules. All recommendations are tailored to the client’s unique biochemistry, history, and goals.
Healing is a non-linear, bio-individual process. We encourage clients to focus on progress over perfection and to embrace the timeline that best suits their needs.
Â
9. Peer Support (Facebook Group)
Our Facebook community is a key part of the program. While we aim to provide guidance, advice shared in the group is not a substitute for individual consults. Please use discretion when applying peer advice to your personal circumstances.
Â
10. Consult Frequency and Use
The coaching program includes a structured schedule of consults (weekly to fortnightly, then monthly). These must be used within 12 months of your initial consult unless otherwise agreed. Missed consults without prior notice may be forfeited.
Â
11. Optional Testing
Clients may be recommended additional testing such as stool analysis or DNA testing. These are entirely optional and used to help inform a more individualised approach. Any interpretation of results will occur during your included consults.
Â
12. Contact and Support
You are welcome to contact our team via email for support throughout the program. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. Non-urgent questions may be deferred to your next scheduled consult.
Â
13. Research and Self-Education
We encourage you to engage with the educational materials available through our website and resources. Learning about your health is an empowering part of your healing journey.
Â
14. Payments
All payment terms are outlined in your individual program agreement. Changes to payment arrangements after commencement may incur a $100 administration fee.
Â
15. Refund Policy
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we offer a conditional refund policy:
-
If, after your initial individual consultation, you or the practitioner agree the program is not appropriate, a refund (less any services delivered and any products dispatched) will be provided.
-
No refunds are available after the initial consultation is complete.
-
For payment plans: if the amount paid does not cover services and products already received, further payment will be required.
Â
16. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule consultations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur the full fee or result in loss of the session. If prepaid, the consult will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
Â
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
