The KW Tasmania hike was a perfect complement to the KW program. Being in nature for 5 days was the ideal prescription that re-energised my body and made me feel human and joyful; each day of the hike I became more rejuvenated. Breathing in clean fresh air, walking through pristine bush and connecting with inspiring men and women was truly inspiring. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience.

What a wonderful pause from a harried life into a wilderness of just the essentials.  Guides, participants and experience was 10 out of 10.

My first KW hike was a wonderful experience. The pre hike support was great, the team leading us were amazing and the group of fellow hikers a pleasure to meet and hike with. There was a lot of support each day if needed and daily learning about hiking/nutrition and health.
I’m looking forward to the next one.

I signed on with a friend for a 90km Kultured Wellness hike through the high country of Vic. November 2025. As a brand, I have known and dealt with Kultured Wellness for several years and I have confidence in their products and their ethos. However, hiking was something that I had done very little of, and I was apprehensive about being able to not only complete but also enjoy.
A standout from the whole experience was the preparation. Long before we gathered as a group, so much was done to ensure that we were reaching training milestones as well as equipped with the correct food, clothing and equipment ready to tackle the elements. Kirsty’s hiking recommendations were practical and based on experience. After facing extreme weather, I learned that good gear pays for itself, and hands down adds to the total enjoyment. Along with guides that were very experienced and the amazing freeze-dried food, as a group we were always well supported, which allows even the inexperienced to step safely right out of their comfort zones and enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors. Sign me up, I’m coming back 😊

With health challenges and no camping experience to my name, I began this hike feeling truly scared. I had never even slept in a tent. What unfolded, though, became one of the most meaningful and empowering experiences of my life - because I started from that place of fear. The sense of achievement felt like finding a pot of gold at the end of the trail, and I know I could not have done it without the unwavering support, encouragement, and incredible knowledge the KW team shared with all of us.

Chicken Soup for the Soul
Last year I chose the 30km KW hike as I was still recovering from surgery to my right arm. It definitely wasn't as physically challenging as the previous 2 KW hikes I have been on. Needless to say, it delivered everything I thought I needed and so so much more. This hike is definitely a great starter hike, but also a hike that will nourish the soul in so many ways. The support from the group and the connections made are like nothing else I have ever done in my lifetime. On top of this the leaders and guides were just the best people ever. Nothing was unachievable with their support —step by step, together. What made it truly special, though, were the people: the genuine encouragement, the laughter, and the deep connections that form when you’re out there sharing the journey. Every year, just when I don’t think it can get any better, it somehow does—and this hike exceeded all expectations. I finished so energised, proud, and so grateful, with a full heart and a renewed belief in what’s possible.
