Terms and Conditions

1. Practitioner Products, Supplements, and Culture Starters

Due to health and safety regulations and the perishable nature of these items, returns are not accepted, and refunds will not be issued once dispatched, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law regarding health and personal care products.

 

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information as required under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your information may be collected and used for the following purposes:

  • Assessing your health concerns

  • Providing naturopathic and coaching services

  • Communication with you about your program

  • Coordinating care with other providers (with your consent)

  • Meeting legal obligations (e.g. mandatory reporting)

  • De-identified use in research or case discussions, where appropriate

Your data will never be sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

3. Consult Frequency and Use

These must be used within 12 months of your initial consult unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. Contact and Support

You are welcome to contact our team via email for support throughout the program. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Non-urgent questions may be deferred to your next scheduled consult.

  

5. Payments

All payment terms are outlined in your individual bundle agreement. 

 

6. Refund Policy

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we offer a conditional refund policy:

  • If, after your initial individual consultation, you or the practitioner agree the bundle is not appropriate, a refund (less any services delivered) will be provided.

  • If, refund is granted, your previous session(s) will be charged with full price + 10% admin fee*

  • For payment plans: if the amount paid does not cover services and products already received, further payment will be required.

 

7. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule consultations. Missed appointments or no-show will incur $100 fee unless otherwise agreed. 

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
