Our Kultured Wellness Guided Programs require unconditional commitment and are not recommended for those that aren’t ready or willing to take the time to implement significant lifestyle and dietary changes to kick-start their healing journey. If you aren’t comfortable with making sacrifices to your schedule and being disciplined with your healing regime, then these Programs may not be for you.

To be successful, you must be willing to ‘let go’ of the control you seek to have over your body. Healing is a very bio individual process and can’t be measured in days, weeks or months. We encourage you to celebrate the small successes with long-term goals always the driving force behind your persistence.

For the 8 week Microba-Kickstarter Program, Kickstarter plus Cleanse Program and for the Optimal Gut Health Program there is a 1 on 1 initial consultation with our Kultured Wellness Naturopath. Kultured Wellness reserves the right, if we believe that these Programs will not be suitable for you based on the assessment of Kirsty and our Kultured Wellness Naturopath. In this situation, our desire will be to recommend an alternative solution, or refund your money back based on our Kultured Wellness Guarantee.

You will have login access to the online program and all content and associated resources for the full duration of the Program you have signed up to.

As part of our program you are welcome to join our closed Facebook group, designed to support the members of this Kultured Wellness intake over your program period.  Our objective is to create a community of like-minded individuals who are able to support each other, share their journey, ask questions and get answers, all while feeling nurtured and safe within the community. We have our own guidelines to assist with creating this environment, you will find in the files section on the page. Like all the best Facebook groups, we have a responsibility to protect our members. To ensure it is a positive experience for all we reserve the right to take down photos and comments that are deemed inappropriate or disrespectful to other members. In the worst case, it may result in removal from the community and termination of your access to Program and with no refund, however that is not a situation that we are expecting.

As part our Kultured Wellness Guided Programs, you will receive, in line with your Practitioner's prescription of program, your prescribed Practitioner Products & Supplements and Kultured Wellness Starter Kefir & Yoghurt Cultures. Your Practitioner Products, Supplements and Culture Starters will be delivered to you, free of charge for those clients within Australia. Please refer to our specific products for for International Shipping charges.  Please also refer to each Kultured Wellness Guided Program for what products are included and when they will be shipped to your nominated shipping address.

Please be aware that due to the nature of our Practitioner Products, Supplements and Culture Starters, we do not accept returns of these products under any circumstances.

Our number one goal is to make sure that you are satisfied beyond your expectations with every aspect of the Kultured Wellness Optimal Gut Health Guided Programs and that you receive amazing results. For those of you that have selected to undertake either the Microba plus Consultation, Kickstarter Program, the Kickstarter & Herbal Cleanse program or the Optimal Gut Health Program, we will provide you with the Kultured Wellness Guarantee. This includes;

Kickstarter Program Valued at $547:

- We are unable to provide refunds for the Kickstarter Program.

Microba plus Consultation valued at $559:

- we are unable to provide refunds on this product.

Microba- Kickstarter program valued at $1,059:

- Immediately following your individual consult with our Kultured Wellness Naturopath, if at this point, in consultation with the Kultured Wellness Naturopath, you believe the program isn’t for you, then we will refund your money back to the value of the Online module, which is $197.

Kickstarter & Herbal Cleanse program valued at $1,957:

- Immediately following your individual consult with our Kultured Wellness Naturopath if at this point, in consultation with the Kultured Wellness Naturopath, you believe the Herbal cleanse program isn’t for you, then we will refund your money back to the value of the Herbal cleanse modules,  supplements and herbals.

Kultured Wellness Online Family Programs

- Immediately following your individual consultation with our Kultured Wellness Naturopath and in consultation with the Kultured Wellness Naturopath, if you believe the Online Program isn’t for you, then we will refund your money back (minus services received and goods already dispatched). Beyond this point (ie. at the conclusion of this meeting with the Kultured Wellness Naturopath), you will have been deemed to have commenced the program, and no further refund will be available.

Note: Children joining the Family Program may not be suitable for online care and support. At this point, the Kultured Wellness Naturopath reserves the right to decline online care and/or recommend a more intensive program. If this is the case, the value of the remaining consultation will be refunded or diverted into a more appropriate program.

Optimal Gut Health Program - 6 month program valued at $3,297:

- Immediately following your individual consult with our Kultured Wellness Naturopath and in consultation with the Kultured Wellness Naturopath, if you believe the Optimal Gut Health Program isn’t for you, then we will refund your money back (minus goods already dispatched). Beyond this point (ie. at the conclusion of this meeting with the Kultured Wellness Naturopath), you will have been deemed to have commenced the program, and no further refund will be available.

Post Program Coaching Bundles:

- We are unable to provide refunds on this product.
